Please check the product description, included files, compatible engines and licence before buying. Digital products become available in My Library after payment.

Refunds and legal rights
For a change of mind, contact us within 3 work days of purchase. Requests made later are normally declined, except where required by law. Eligible consumers may have a 7 work day statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase. An exception for immediately supplied digital content applies only when the legal conditions for prior consent and acknowledgement are met. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

If something is wrong
If a product is faulty, not as described or unavailable to download, email support@animpic.studio with your order number and product name. We will help resolve the issue or provide a remedy required by applicable law.
